As always Wyndham are 4 star. Only issue is they are timeshare they try to upsell or sell. Apart from the selling the hotel was great. It’s right on the main beach at Kirra. Easy walk to restaurants, cafes and bars. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment (for the washing machine and dryer). The unit was spacious and we fronted the beach so got to watch whales pass all day. Unit has 2 bathroom, full kitchen and a balcony.

It was rather unique to be targeted to join club membership when you just booked one weekend holiday.

Great location. Spacious apartments. Had bikes, mini golf for free hire plus other equipment. Staff were very helpful. I left a shirt there and they made an effort to phone to let me know so I could organise collection. Close to Kirra and North Kirra surf clubs and other nice restaurants. Would recommend and stay again.

40th Birthday Chill Weekend

Staying at Wyndham is always nice. Just a few picky things. We were on the ground floor G2. Which I later found out are the dog friendly rooms. I'm alergic but there was no animal hair. I was looking forward to views of the sea. In saying that it was convenient being on the ground in terms of swimming pool, cafe, mini put, bbq area. Aircon vents were leaking from above so had to wipe those down every now and then. On arrival the dinning table chairs and floor under the table still had crumbs and food from whom ever was in the last. Also the dishes were not all clean in the cubboards. This was def a turn off. I ran all the dirty dishes through a wash cycle. No fan or venting system in the laundry cubboard so if you're using the dryer all the condensation on interior walls/machines. Otherwise nice and spacious and great location walking distance to beach and cafes.
