Best staff of any 5 star hotel either of us have ever stayed at. Nothing too much trouble. Exceptional people skills. Left with the impression every staff member GENUINELY wanted to help you, as opposed to it just being their job. First ski holiday for the 2 kids. We ended up spending more time off the slopes than expected so glad we were staying here. Spa is lovely, games room excellent added extra. Staff were definitely 5 star. Lovely stay would be very happy to return.

Excellent modern hotel with impeccable service

This hotel fully deserves five-star rating, from the helpful and friendly reception, the modern and comfortable room (and indoor pool and spa), good housekeeping service to the excellent on-site restaurant. I'm particularly impressed by François and his team at the on-site ski shop. They took good care of my equipment and gave me very good boot adjustment advice (virtually saved me from getting a new ski boots!). The proximity to the ski slopes is a big plus. Highly recommended for anyone staying in Le Lac looking for a well pampered ski holiday.

It's situated conveniently from the busiest area of Le Lac but in a quiet corner. Excellent services and facility in the hotel and the ski shop. Food is also fantastic! We use the pool and spa everyday after a day on the ski slope. Our little boy loves it so much he didn't want to leave. I'd highly recommend it.

Fantastic Hotel

Fantastic Hotel. Staff were amazing especially Rose in Restaurant and Françoise and Johan who helped every morning and evening with boots and skis which made the day less challenging:) Very short walk to the slopes if choose the access next to the bus stop at side of hotel Breakfast and Dinner superb with plenty of choices , offered the additional choices of eating at sister establishments wouldn’t recommend this. Amazing hotel and service by all from the minute we arrived when we were met by car valet who took our luggage to the room to the time he picked our luggage up from our room loaded the car and met us at front of hotel Can’t wait to return next year.

Blown away

The staff couldn't do enough to help us. Ski holidays have so many bits and pieces to organise, and our every need was taken care of. Was especially impressed by the staff in the equipment room, who clipped our boots every morning (spoiled!) and had our skis waiting at the door. We've never been so pampered! Can never stay anywhere else!

Disappointing Experience at VoulezVous Hotel Due to Ski Rental Issues I recently stayed at VoulezVous Hotel and, regrettably, my experience was far from satisfactory. Although the hotel provided comfortable rooms and decent amenities, the issue I faced with their in-house ski rental service overshadowed my stay. I rented premium skis with insurance, but when they broke, the rental company demanded 600 EUR and threatened to involve the police. The insurance I purchased should have covered this situation, and it felt like a blatant attempt to take advantage of me. What added to my frustration was the hotel's lack of intervention. VoulezVous staff were aware of the situation, yet they did not offer any assistance or support in resolving the matter. Due to this disappointing experience, I cannot recommend VoulezVous Hotel. Future guests should be cautious when considering a stay here and look for alternative ski rental options if they choose to book with VoulezVous.

This is our second year staying in VoulezVous and the service continues to be top-notched and exceeded our expectation (again!). All the staff (including the accommodation and the excellent ski room/shop) were courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. The free shuttle makes travelling in the area and our airport transfer bus stops stress free (not to mentioned picking us up from Val Claret after a long-day of skiing a great privilege). We discovered more of Tignes and got an excellent recommendation for the restaurant Le Panoramic at the Grand Motte a memorable experience too!

Had a fantastic week away. Hotel was brilliant. Breakfast was amazing hotel staff fantastic especially the guys in the rental shop. Standard rooms are a little small. We booked five rooms in total. Superior rooms were great. Nice spa with great hot tub. Bar area really comfortable with great selection of drinks. Great quality dinner.

The staff and services at this beautiful new property went above and beyond to make sure me and my friends had an amazing experience during our ski trip. Everyone was so positive, helpful, attentive, and kind. We had the half-board - beautiful rich breakfast and fine dining options in the evening. Rosa, Hugo, and everyone made sure we were well taken care of everyday. The ski rental was so convenient just inside the lobby. The staff (John, Robert, and Francois) were so helpful, friendly, and kind every morning and evening, before and after we'd return from ski. The front desk staff was so polite and accommodating during check in and throughout our stay, even upgrading our rooms based on availability. Super stay and amazing staff - we'll definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a ski holiday! :)
