Honestly I can’t say enough great things about this property. We LOVED it - truly. Staff was great, food was excellent and the spa was awesome. We were trying to decide between here and Red Frog - SO glad we picked La Coralina. A truly exceptional experience.

Nydelig hotell med flott beliggenhet. Vakker hage med nydelig beplantning. Ingen strand ved hotellet, men man blir kjørt til to private Beachklubber eid av hotellet. Nydelig mat og veldig hyggelig betjening. Men en stor minus var at vi fikk rom på bakken. Mørkt og fuktig. Det luktet surt av sengetøyet på grunn av fuktighet. Dette trakk en god del ned.

We'll be back, but...

While there is no beach on site, we had plenty to do. We truly enjoyed nature and the magical jungle within the hotel. This was our second visit and definitely coming back. The restaurant, is the only downer, very expensive, very limited choices and they bring you all the food at the same time, though we explained that we want this first that that later, the excuse was, kitchen prepares it this way and we have to bring it .... Now the SPA personnel are amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating they go out of their way to accommodate your needs.

Hello, we booked a villa and were quite disappointed with the room itself. While it was very spacious, it felt rather empty. There was no proper duvet cover — just two flat sheets wrapped around the duvet. Overall, the value for money was quite poor. The bathroom was extremely basic. We were also disappointed with the service in our first villa, where the shower had no running water. When we reported the issue, the manager (or person in charge at the time) came over, visibly annoyed, and told us that the tap water was working fine, even though we were clearly referring to the shower. We had to insist that it was not normal to have no water at all. The hotel was very quiet because it was low season, with only a few guests, yet there seemed to be plenty of staff. Unfortunately, they were not very attentive to us . They were all very kind, and I feel bad pointing this out, but with so few people in the hotel, one would expect a server to be consistently present in the restaurant area. That being said, our intention is not to make a harsh complaint, but to provide constructive feedback. At this price point ($450 per night), we would expect the room and service to be impeccable. On a positive note, the hotel environment is very pleasant, full of greenery, and we truly enjoyed this aspect of our stay. We sincerely hope this feedback will be taken into account, as the potential of the place is undeniable.

Wow! This resort is absolutely amazing! Bekar went above and beyond for us! He even brought in a TV to the lobby so we could watch the NHL playoff game! Food is 10/10 as well. We will definitely go back!

Splendido albergo con personale scortese e scorret

Bellissima struttura di lusso con personale scadente e maleducato. Purtroppo dopo aver concordato con il receptionista che il passaggio aeroportuale era incluso da Expedia, al momento dell’arrivo in aeroporto l’autista pretendeva in modo molto sgradevole di essere pagato. Abbiamo chiamato la reception che ha insistito nel pagamento e mi ha addebitato senza mia autorizzazione Usd 20 sulla carta di credito data a garanzia. Ritengo tutto questo molto sgradevole e poco corretto visto che il contratto di Expedia prevede il trasporto aeroportuale incluso. Avrebbero potuto dirlo prima. Peraltro avremmo preso un taxi individuale ad un prezzo di USD 15. Ovviamente e’ una questione di principio in un albergo di standing elevato come dovrebbe essere questo.

Terrible road to get to the resort. Be prepared - the road urgently needs to be paved. Resort is beautiful and restaurant was pretty good. Had to send one order back due to fish being old/fishy tasting. Really irritated to have music played at the pool. Trying to relax and enjoy the sound of the ocean and instead there was constant bass/dance music being played. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful, where possible.

Wir kommen wieder

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit hier. Die Zimmer sind schön, der Spa Bereich ausserordentlich und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Obwohl das Hotel voll ausgebucht war, gibt es genug Platz für alle Gäste und es herrscht eine angenehme Ruhe. Das Restaurant und Frühstück war auch sehr gut, einzig am Kaffee kann man noch etwas arbeiten.
