We enjoyed our short stay. Clean and comfortable room. Nice breakfast in the morning.

Hoping to clear an error in billing!
Overall it was great, Our check in was top notch.
Hours Later we got our invoice only to find we we're charged for a dog which we don't own.
After arriving home, my wife called about the extra charge and was told someone would call us later.
nobody called, so Karen called again and was told a manager would call. Nobody has contacted us as yet.
I'm hoping this will b credited soon.

Our stay was wonderful. We were in town for a spiritual convention and had our elderly family members with us, so we really appreciated how walker- and wheelchair-friendly the rooms were. It made their stay comfortable and stress-free.

Lacking any help with customer service.
Asked about extending my stay and front desk gentleman said you’ll need to make another reservation I can’t extend it.
What he did not do was create a new reservation for me or offer to do so.
Zero customer service.
I have now checked out & am moving to another hotel.

Disappointed
Don't agree with having to pay for an upgrade when our room wasn't available
Also have never paid for parking when we have stayed at a Hampton and we have stayed in lots across the U.S and Canada

Check in was ridiculous. It was 10:20pm and ALL bell carts were “missing” and we were told to go next door to the Hilton garden inn to get one of course I refused and when the desk clerk realized how ridiculous that was to ask he ultimately did help carry up our bags. We requested service and for 2 days they didn’t service the room when we asked what was going on they lady had an attitude and when she looked into their service book she saw that we had requested service and when I had to show pictures she backed off and apologized and gave us new towels at least since we had only dirty ones for 2 days. Overall it was ok but their night time staff need some serious training
