Very upset for first night, they cancelled my reservation due to problems with my credit card. in the flight connection in Sao Paulo I received mails stating that my reservation was at risk, I answered asking to NOT cancel my reservation, i was arriving. But when I reached hotel at 2.00 am i discovered my res has been cancelled, and they were fully booked. So at 2.30 i have to trail my luggages along the street to finfd anothert hote. This exposed me to an high risk. Unfair, the less i can say. I went back the next day because there was a friend in the same hotel, otherwise for sure i won't come back. The stay was fine.
