Everything was good. It is connected to a big thermal spa, which is just amazing. New hotel, very good quality. Nice, spacious rooms. Food was good also. Parking safe and car is under roof. I would recommend it, very nice and relaxing.

Brand-new, high-end property w/excellent service

We were very satisfied with the condition, comfort and cleanliness of the room and the service of the front desk. The breakfast buffet was very good (sparkling wine included), whereas the dinner buffets left some room for improvement. All dinner-time drinks were charged extra. The stay included unlimited entry to the adjoining thermal spa, for which the property provided free bathrobes and beach towels. However, some hotel staff members outside of the main reception had very limited English, so we had minor difficulties in communicating. The clientele of the hotel skewed older, with few families, so the ambience was more relaxed and stress-free. Overall, I was very happy and I would definitely stay there again.

Un dia no limpiaron el cuarto en lo absoluto, ni tampoco hicieron la cama. A lo cual amablemente reclame.... el resto de dias, fue basicamente lo mismo. La cama a medio hacer, y las almohadas decorativas en el piso

Wir waren schon einmal im April in diesem Hotel. Alles sehr sauber, sehr freundliches Personal, es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Leider hat das Essen im Vergleich zum April nachgelassen. Der Geschmack war zwar sehr gut, nur die Auswahl hat nicht mehr die hichwertige Qualität.

Elsősorban szeretném kiemelni, hogy mennyire elégedettek voltunk azzal, hogy az elektromos autónkat a szálloda parkolójában ingyenesen tudtuk feltölteni, nagyon elkötelezettek a környezettudatosságban! Gyönyörű hotel, ízlésesen berendezett szobákkal és kényelmes ágyakkal! A gluténmentes ételek is rendelkezésre álltak! Reggeli és vacsora is finom, bőséges választékkal! Hotel muy moderno y limpio, cuarto amplio. Acceso fácil a las aguas termales y piscinas por entrada separada. El sitio de las piscinas es muy grande, con poca sombra y asientos gratis, no dudes en llevarte tu propio material (sombrilla, silla, tienda de campo) si tienes. La media pensión no incluye bebidas (ni siquiera agua) durante la cena y el servicio de aquellas fue exageradamente lento. El servicio fue mejor en el desayuno. La comida estuvo bien salvo los postres

Super Hotel !

Hotel godny polecenia, czysty, miła obsługa wszystko czego potrzeba na miejscu. Jedyna rzecz której wypadałoby się bardziej przyjrzeć to dostępność posiłków. Chodzi o to że gdy przychodziliśmy na śniadanie czy kolację np. około godziny przed końcem dostępność dań była mocno ograniczona i nikt z obsługi za bardzo się nie kwapił aby te dania które zeszły uzupełnić, inaczej się miała rzecz gdy przyszło się zaraz na początku wtedy wszystko było dostępne i był bardzo duży wybór. Nie wiem też jak do końca wyglądać powinno sprzątanie pokoi w takim obiekcie w każdym razie pokoje są sprzątane tylko na wyraźne polecenie gościa, gdy nikogo nie ma pokój nie był sprzątany tzn. śmieci wyrzucone ale np. łóżka nie ścielone pokój nie odkurzany, ani ręczniki nie wymieniane, trzeba to mieć na względzie. My tylko byliśmy 3 doby więc dla nas nie było z tym żadnego problemu. Nam to nie przeszkadzało. Ogólnie na plus, dostęp do term i basenów w cenie, szlafroki i ręczniki na zewnątrz. Przyjazny i bardzo miły personel, dobra kuchnia, dobre wino. Generalnie polecam w 100 %. Na pewno jeśli będzie okazja jeszcze tam wrócimy :)

Einfach nur super! Sehr freundliches Personal, alles Tip Top sauber. Schöne Aussicht von Balkon. Essen, egal Frühstück oder Abendbrot reichlich. Die einzige Negative Punkt war, das der Abendessen ständig kalt gewesen, egal Suppe oder Gulyás oder Fleisch. Sonst auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlenswert dieses Hotel!
