I recently stayed at your Even Hotel on 10/14/25, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations.
Upon checking in, I noticed some stains on the bedding, including what appeared to be blood on one of the pillowcases. Although the hotel clerk was prompt in providing a new pillowcase, it was still quite unsettling.
The real disappointment came with the restaurant and bar experience. I frequently travel and prefer to stay at IHG hotels that have dining options, as it makes my trips more convenient. After a long 10-hour travel day, I was looking forward to relaxing at the bar/restaurant, which opened at 5 PM. I left my room at 5:30 PM, only to find the bartender sitting at the end of the bar, enjoying dinner with her significant other—30 minutes into her shift. As if she were a guest and not an employee…
When she finally approached me, it felt aggressive as she immediately asked for my order without providing a menu or giving me a chance to sit down. It was clear that she was eager to get back to her dinner rather than provide any hospitality. I decided it was best not to disturb her and opted to go elsewhere for food instead. She also made a point of laughing and cracking jokes with her man as I left.
This experience left me shocked at how low the standards of hospitality can be. It was very unpleasant. F-
