The room is ultra basic, with no kettle or coffee machine. The bathroom is actually quite beautiful. It's just unfortunate about the strong smell of sewage water that was sometimes present in it. Wouldn't stay here again.

(Beautiful countries but haven’t been impressed with customer service and staff at restaurants, hotels and stores compared to our country Canada). The service at this hotel was great, especially the lovely lady who checked us in who was friendly, professional and helpful. (Also convenient the staff spoke English). The hotel rooms and bathrooms are clean, spacious and updated, bed and pillows very comfortable. 20 min walk to historic town and heart of Valencia. Would stay again and recommend it. Our friends we’re travelling with also agree this hotel was one of our favourites during our trip.
