Está muy descuidado, mal mantenimiento, dicen que están arreglando el elevador pero es mentira, tiene tiempo descompuesto. Hay mucho ruido en las habitaciones de las orillas por que hay un bar abajo y no apagan la música hasta las 3 de la mañana y no se puede dormir. Nos metimos a la alberca y nos tuvimos que salir al instante por que está fuertisimo el cloro, nos ardía la piel. No es lo que parece. 👎

This was our 2nd time staying at this property. It’s a wonderful property & we will continue to book this property for the next times we visit Playa Del Carmen. It does sit on top of a nightclub so it can be loud, the wifi can be unstable, & there is no elevator but for the rooms, location, & price it’s definitely worth it.

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for her birthday, It was a great place right on the strip next too all the fun restaurants and shops . We will definitely be back soon . Some reviews say this place isn’t the best but we didn’t mind the noise at night and the room was super cute and clean .

El personal muy atento y muy amable en todo momento. Sin embargo referente a las instalaciones empezaré por comentar lo incomodo del colchón que no me permitió descansar correctamente pues de verdad era muy incomodo, también le vendría bien una silla en el cuarto ya que la cama es alta y hasta para ponerse los zapatos es un poco incomodo hacer todo en la cama. Encontré algunos detalles de limpieza que deberían de revisar en algún plan de limpieza profunda unas 2 veces al mes. Las cortinas estaban sucias, la tina de hudromasaje tenía moho verde en las rejillas y las mesitas de noche están un poco desniveladas y en ocasiones cuando colocaba algo se deslizaba hasta el suelo. La alberca igual le falta un poco más de limpieza en el agua y en algunas de las paredes de la piscina había un poco de moho. Lo bueno.. el baño está espacioso, el aire acondicionado excelente, la vista desde el balcón y apesar de la limpieza de la tina de hidromasaje, después de limpiar un poco las rejillas para que la pudiera usar, fue una experiencia agradable. Esta en un buen punto de la ciudad, lo malo es que todos los días hay evento en la 5ta avenida y pues el ruido permanece hasta las 3 am prox así que entre el colchón incomodo y el ruido a veces es difícil descansar a menos que estés super cansado y al despertar un poco de dolor de cuerpo jajaja. Pero puedo rescatar lo bueno

Reserve una habitación y cuando llegue no estaba disponible me dieron una habitación. Que según ellos era más cara que la que yo había rentado y nada horrible y me cambiaron a otro que tenia el jacuzzi adentro de la habitación .... Nada que ver con lo que yo rente ... Lo único bueno es la ubicación.. y el personal .. todos muy amables

Esta muy cerca de la Quinta Avenida, eso te da acceso a muchas tienda, establecimientos de comida, bares. Por consiguiente hay ruido. La verdad es que si se puede dormir con el, al menor es la habitación donde yo me quede. La verdad es que e un hotel cómodo, no tiene restaurante pero tampoco es que lo necesite, por todos lados hay donde comer de todos los gustos.

Location and economy

Very well located, right next to the mall that runs through downtiwn Playa del Carmen. Also, very economical for the location and quality of the property. Decorated in an industrial style, was a safe, quiet place to return to at the end of a hectic day

Amazing location

The hotel is pleasant, and humble, spacious & affordable with all the amenities. The pool was the highlight of our trip and of course the AC. It’s centrally located on 5th avenue with a variety of clubs in every corner. There is a club connected to the hotel so if you’re not here to party I suggest you stay somewhere else noise comes from all angles. Theres a club across the street as well. I can say we had an incredible stay the hotel is clean, communication is clear the workers are the sweetest and do everything to make you feel welcome. Definitely a must stay if you come to playa. So many delicious restaurants around and so close to the beach. 10 out of 10

- no elevator. On 4th flr w/luggage - dark and spoky 2nd flr w/ construction - key did not open the door, maid told us to remove the pad batteries and reinstall to reset it.That's when we noticed that they had removed the pad cover to expose the batteries for this purpose -Inside the room the sliding door did not lock -Shower head was broken so the water shot out in a gash like a water fall and trickled at the center. -Water pooled on the side so you would have to walk through the dirty water once you were done showering -Their body wash made the bathroom smell like sewer (we used our own but the smell filled the room with the horrible odor) -no blow dryer -the bed was on a platform which drooped on one side, my wife had to sleep more towards the center forcing me to the other edge -Bed had no cover, no blanket, just 1 sheet - AC was inadequate, and circulation was bad - room was dirty with crums of food - The first night we were so exhausted from the day's activities that we fell asleep, even with the music outside, but the second night which was a Friday the music was turned up to a whole new level.Club was directly under our room and literally did not stop until 3:30am...then all of the people yelling, cleaning glass bottles crashing, and aluminum cans being crushed until 4am.We had to leave. We were told we'd get a credit for the nights we didn't stay along with the parking fee.Then they declined once we were back home. No rest at all. Do not recommend.

The most terrible hotel I have ever been. Dirty, ugly and disgusting. Contractors working all over with tools and construction materials. Room with concrete beds, dirty bedding, walls, bathroom. Indescribable realty. As soon as I get to the room I rented in another place. No elevator. Not recommended to any human being.
