Poor care from this ‘resort’.
This was a rotten experience for the price point, and even reaching out to the customer service text line got no response. Check in was up a very steep long set of steps, the only thing they did up there was take a card for incidentals, give me a folder with my room number and send me downstairs to suffer thru high pressure condo sales talk, interrogation about how much I paid for the room, and given the keys and info. The ocean view room was not ocean view- it was partial marsh view. The elevator was broken the entire time, and the unit was wide open when we arrived- we had to call and have the door repaired. The bed was hard, and there were pieces of torn cigarette, and cigarette ashes on the deck. The floors were buckled and uneven, there was construction noise for a long time on Saturday, and the upstairs sounded like there was a herd of elephants walking laps until way past midnight every night.
