There were plastic sheets on the bed with no blanket or comforter. The weatherstripping on the door was missed, so you could feel the air coming through the door. The bathroom had a window in it the looked out onto a community porch. The shades were broken, so people could see right in. The front office was disgusting and the front desk person could bare understand English. I didn’t end up staying there because it was horrific!!

Floors looked like they hadn't been swept. No outlets or tables beside bed to plug phone into. No way to adjust temperature on the heat. Another family locked themselves out of their room and the owner wouldn't give them another key card without paying a fee for it. They had to call the police because they were locked out of their room. It was freezing too.

I cancelled this reservation. I called Expedia and then emailed Coastal Sands two times to explain that I booked the wrong weekend for my daughter’s competition and wanted to change the reservation to correct weekend if they had it available. I asked if they couldn’t, if it was at all possible to get refunded fully or partially. I never received a response but did receive a call the night I was supposed to arrive asking if I was going to be checking in. I explained I wasn’t and had cancelled this reservation already and never received a response. He just said ok, thanks and hung up.

Abdula was very helpful in allowing our family to enjoy this stay. He was helpful when we forgot things after our checkout and he was responsive while we were there. Having king sized beds and two rooms really made it comfortable for our family. We will return in the future.

The customer service was rude. One towel in a room for up to 6 people, no toilet paper, the microwave wouldn’t open without damaging the wall we were afraid they would keep our $200 deposit if we did. Tried to speak to front desk and it was always locked and empty. Never coming back

Check in: staff member was super friendly and organized. There is a 200 dollar deposit hold which I found to be a bit high but it reversed within 2 days. There were three of us each with own room on three different floors. The first floor room was 1 bed cramped and no hot water, no table, I stayed on the second floor 2 beds very clean, spacious and comfortable room. The third floor room 2 beds tv was not working and it was very very icy on the stairwell which when we asked to move to another floor they said it was not available and thanks to the kind staff member he put ice melt down which only helped a little and still made it a dangerous situation. It was a one night stay for a work event in the area. I don’t think I would have chosen this location for any longer than that. The shower was really neat with its spa like features. I personally would look for an alternative next time or ask for the second floor.
