Highly recommended 👌

I like the fact that the hotel has a bar and restaurant. 🍸 You can just enjoy dining with great service from Ted and nice music seranade by Frank. The staff are friendly. The place is accessible to most stores and few minutes to downtown area. The place was quiet that I can do some work and sleep well with the comfortable bed.

Quality in quality Inn is declining.

The quality of this stay showed some decline. The room was not vacuumed well and the chair in the room was raggedy. I had trouble getting live TV so I had to call the front desk.. The TV would only go for Amazon and Netflix. The next day it was the same thing

Smelled like Ashtray, and loud 5am Construction.

All the hallways had a strong odor of cigarette smoke. Our room also had such a strong odor of cigarette smoke, I’m surprised I was able to fall asleep. Nearby road construction began at 5AM and it’s so loud it will wake you up. The only positives of the hotel is that the bed was comfortable and clean, and the shower worked well. If you have any breathing health issues, absolutely do Not stay here.

Cleaning Service Needs Work

Our trash was taken out one time throughout the entire 6 day stay, the rest of the week it piled up in the corner because we had no where else to put it. Although I personally went to the front desk to ask for service for the room, the beds were still not made the entire week, not even once since we got there. The worst part was we had to go to the front desk every day multiple times, once at 2 in the morning, to get new room keys because our keys kept deactivating. We did not have the keys by the phones at all as we know this can deactivate them also. For the amount of money we paid for the entire week, it was definitely a disappointing stay and I would not recommend this hotel to another person coming from out of town.

The accommodation was okay and the bed was quite comfortable, especially the pillows. The room was clean but a little dark being that there was no light in the ceiling and the electrical table fixtures were of the 'soft' light variety. The bathroom was adequate but I almost slipped to my knees when attempting to sit on the commode. An upgrade is definitely needed in that area; the toilet is about twelve inches off the floor -- my guess is that the management is not aware that chair height toilets are now the thing, especially for seniors when grab bars are not present. The breakfast options were adequate, and there being a restaurant on site is quite convenient. It was a breeze getting on and off the inter-state, I-80 -- easy access. That made it all the more convenient.

Honeymoon in the Poconos

My wife and I decided to take our honeymoon in the Poconos. We are very easy going people and just wanted a relaxing honeymoon. I must say we had a ball. Wine tasting, shopping and eating was just the beginning. This hotel has a bar and the bar tender Ted was amazing. We are already planning a weekend getaway and will be staying at the same place.

Unpleasant experience

I booked my stay weeks in advance, expecting decent accommodations, but unfortunately, the experience was terrible. The worst part? Guests who booked the same day they checked in were given renovated, cleaner rooms — while my family and I were stuck in a room that smelled moldy and humid. We barely got any sleep due to the unbearable conditions. It’s extremely unfair and unacceptable. We definitely did not get our money’s worth. Never again!

Too expensive for what it offers.

The beds were very clean. The room was not remodeled. It needs at least to be painted. The bathroom door did not close easy. The property is not clean. Open garbage near the building. Other garbage staff not removed from the property. I do not recommend the hotel for staying. Hotels.com should not advertise such hotel.
