I am very disappointed with my stay. I specifically chose this hotel because of the gym and Jacuzzi, but both were unusable.
On our first night, we were stuck for two hours because the parking gate would not open — quite frustrating for such a short 2-night stay in San José. During this incident, the contact number provided was unreachable on WhatsApp, and we only received a call once the parking finally opened.
The next morning, I woke up before 5 a.m. to follow my training routine — strength training followed by some relaxation in the Jacuzzi with a view. Unfortunately, the weights in the gym were locked, and I was told they are only for residents of the apartment building, not hotel guests. This is misleading and frustrating, as the gym was one of the main reasons I booked here.
I then wanted to use the Jacuzzi, but it was filthy. The staff decided to empty the water, which meant that in the end, I could not use it at all before leaving for the airport.
In the end, I couldn’t do my workout, nor enjoy the Jacuzzi, which were supposed to be the highlights of the hotel. Between the parking problems, the unreachable contact, the unusable gym, and the dirty Jacuzzi, this was a very disappointing stay.
