I had high hopes for this hotel based on the pictures & previous reviews. The customer service was great, the room felt clean & newly renovated, but that's where it stopped. The room had an awkward layout, the ceiling fans cool lighting made the room feel like an office building, there were nails coming through the wall & the furniture looked like it was second hand. My biggest complaint was the old blood stain on my pillow & the TV didn't have any channels available unless you signed into your personal Netflix, Disney+, etc. We could also hear guests staying several rooms away, the hall echos every noise. To top it off, the police showed up as I was checking us out the next day. Lesson learned, pay a little bit more to stay at a higher rated hotel next time.
