Cute hotel near Town Square

We had a great stay here! The point of our trip was to visit Grand Teton, and this hotel, and the town of Jackson, WY, is within several minutes outside of the south entrance of the park. The hotel is also within walking distance of many shops and restaurants and the famous town square. It’s a charming location and has been nicely updated. There is also a full service coffee bar in the lobby! The Hotel has a couple of different buildings with rooms but all are very close together. Some parking is available right outside of most rooms but filled up quickly. Our room was pretty small but was fine for just the 2 of us. My only real complaint is that our room was pretty warm, even with the AC set to its lowest setting and the ceiling fan on high (we were there in early September), and the AC unit was also very noisy.

Nice staff. Overpriced.

The staff were kind and accommodating, however I felt the price was not worth the stay. There was 5 minutes of hot water and the rooms were very dark. We paid a luxury hotel price for a motel experience.

Extra fees

Be aware when you book of the extra fees which equal about $50. Rooms are tiny, parking is terrible. We would never stay here again. We could clearly hear our next door neighbor on her phone screaming at her boyfriend.

Nice hotel in convenient location. Rooms are small but comfy. Lighting could be better in rooms. Got charged for mini bar items that weren’t even in the room (but they reversed the charges when I called). I’ve been going to JH for decades but it has gotten too pricey. I’ll find another cute mountain town that won’t break the bank for future trips.

The room photos are very misleading. The room felt dirty and dingy. The floors were pulling up, the faucet was broken and the porcelain shower handle was broken in half leaving exposed sharp parts. I always Lysol my hotel rooms and the ac unit was filthy with dust.

We really liked this hotel. Very modern, and hip! Right in town - within walking distance to anything in the village. There was decent parking but when we couldn’t find a spot we were able to park on the street. Free drip coffee was a nice perk, and the lobby was super cute. We also enjoyed the Adirondack chairs on the deck. It definitely met our expectations.

Lack of internet. Lack of towels, and the pictures are very deceiving. This motel is older and shows its age and uncleanliness. Other than location being a plus, we would not recommend or stay here again.

Not as advertised! Avoid this dump!

Other than a decent location, this place IS NOT AS ADVERTISED ! The place was a dump. Service was terrible. My bill had several extras which were not part of the deal and after several requests to hotel mgt., I still have no explanation as to what and why I was charged extra. Place is in need of serious repair, maintenance and remodeling! Avoid!

First room had a window unit AC which did not work, was moved to a different room in the main building which had good AC however the flooring was coming up and the room was smaller. Very little parking available. Stood at the front desk for quite a while to get coffee and no one ever came out to serve us.

Hotel is in a great location for walking to the square. Parking is limited though there is public parking about a block away. The room is pretty small for a long stay but fine for a night or 2. We had some trouble with loud construction noise right outside our room into the night and the hotel personnel worked to handle it appropriately even though the noise was not on their property so kudos to them for that!
