First, the front desk evening check in person is one of the nicest people I have met. She is always friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help. My biggest complaint is the (over) use of the lavender Fabuloso cleaner. The smell will hit you hard and stay with you, even more so in what they like to call a "gym". If you want to work out, this hotel is not the place to do so. Other than those two things, which could be changed easily if they wanted, I love the uniqueness of the hotel.

Online photos did not reflect what we experienced. Very outdated. Terrible bed. Sticky carpet. Smelly room and heavy cleaning supply smell. Rusty and dirty bathroom. No elevator. Poor temperature control-either frigid or hot. We stay at a lot of hotels and this was the worst in recent memory.

Wow? Could you have any other first impressions, first the receptionist is not only gorgeous but has a type of excitement about her. Powerfully delivery of the amenities, the rules and guests information you should know about your stay and safety of your vehicle. Then, I entered the room and Wham! I thought of a bed and shower, but oh nooo, not this place. This is an apartment, kitchenette and sofa with bedroom separate from everything. I love this place, and this is where I'll always choose first. Forever!

Check-in was great staff is super friendly. The rooms are huge and I love that you actually have a full kitchen the outside courtyard you can sit out there and just relax. This is gonna be my favorite hotel to stay at now.

The units are older but cozy. We enjoyed the staff and courtyard feel. It reminded me of New Orleans for some reason. I would stay again because I like the kitchen and coziness of how everything is set up. I like hot breakfast, so next time, we would go to the grocery store and cook hot breakfast in the room.

The stay was great. House keeping was nice, friendly, quick/quiet and did an amazing job. When I got to the room it smelled clean. It’s a a very homey environment. I just love love the view up stairs looking down at the pool and the gazebo. The music that played in the back ground was very soothing. Breakfast was comfortable. I stayed for 4 days and each time I went in for breakfast I was met with a smile and helpful staff member. No complaints here except I wish I could have stayed a little longer. It was just that comfortable. I really loved the pool area. They are pet friendly although I am not pet friendly I will say this… it didn’t smell pet friendly and I didn’t see or step in any dog poop. Which was an A+.
