I went cheap and got terrible!

This hotel may have last been cleaned in 1972. There are no smoking signs all over, every room door has a no smoking sign.....the second floor hallways smellled like there was a smoking party. Also note, not the hotels fault but the 2 gas stations nearest the property charged .50 cents more per fallon than a gas srati9n a mile away.

This hotel is infested with cockroaches. It’s not very clean either. I ended up checking out early because I couldn’t stay there any minute longer

Didn’t stay but it’s fine for a place to sleep.

Booked it for a good rate. Arrived and realized that some of the amenities listed were not available. We decided to leave and they immediately refunded us. Wry pleasant just not what we needed.

Roaches, holes, musty, rundown

Holes in the walls that someone filled with paper. The sink was broken and it looked like someone superglued it together, every time I used the sink water leaked right through it. The bed was hard and the mattress looked like it had blood stains on them. The room smelled really musty and for the finale….. It was roach infested.

The hallways reaked of pot smoke, TV system did not work, I was moved 3x, third room was cleaner, TV did not work, Bath fan was hanging, toilet unstable, discarded alcohol bottles in parking lot, overall, the property and rooms need renovation. The staff was very nice, but had no recourse for the TV issues, or other maintenance issues,, as no-one was available. Apparently Management was off site and did not address issues on site. Very disappointed.

Very run down. Holes in the walls, stained carpets, burns in lamp shades. The chair in our room was ripped and very stained.

Horrible visit. the room was falling apart from the holes in the bathroom wall to the patchwork done on the entire wall of the bedroom, not to mention it took 3 different rooms to get up to this level of a room, other rooms they gave me looked like the previous people just checked out. will never return and i urge others to RUN AWAY

Dirty, smelled like cigarettes, mismatched cushions, cat scratches all over couch, film all over mirrors, toilet paper holder ripped out of wall, light in bathroom flickered and buzzed like a horror movie, threw as a hole in the wall and a dirty sock on the floor. My kids and I left within 2 minutes and didn't touch anything. Still waiting for a refund. Not fit for small children!!!! Seemed like they had just kicked some homeless people out for the night to give us the room... so terrible. My kids were scared to death!

La mauvaise note je l'attribue à Expedia. J'ai fait la réservation de l'hôtel sur Expedia.ca, j'avais réservé une chambre non fumeur, arrivé sur place, on me donne une chambre pour fumeur, il y avait la fumée de la cigarette partout dans la chambre et mon fils asthmatique toussait beaucoup. Je suis allé à la réception pour quin me change de chambre, on me dit qu'il n'y avait plus de chambre disponible. Je demande le remboursement pour aller chercher une autre chambre, on me dit de contacter Expedia. Je contacte Expedia, la dame de re relogement me dit qu'elle ne peut rien faire à part me donner un cadeau de 50$. J'ai passé la nuit dans l'auto avec un enfant asthmatique.

Front desk girl was very nice when I brought my issues to her and did her best to help. The following were our issues: Tv didn’t work & missing remote Burn holes in blankets on the bed One lamp was broken One lamp was crooked Lamp shades were all stained All drawers were moldy and stained on the inside Phone didn’t work even to call front desk Toilet and shower enamel all chipped and looked dirty Burger King left over food left in room fridge Hallway rugs all stained Door to room on inside was all dirty with what appeared to be something splashed all over it Sink in room constantly dripped Tissue holder on the wall all rusted fan in bathroom hanging down on one side The hotel was completely booked up and every hotel in the area was the same due to graduation weekend. We had no choice but to stay. They did bring in another tv for us. My daughter (12 yrs old) and I were very uncomfortable but spent the night. We chose not to shower and to leave immediately in the morning. I was told they were in the process of starting renovations but never offered any remedy for all the other issues with our room. Very disappointed overall.
