Bathroom door was a huge problem. Doesn’t lock from inside but cannot open from inside. Outside the bathroom, people can open the bathroom door. I complained to one of the managers, Ms. Megan but no action taken. We stayed 3 nights and struggled to keep the bathroom door closed as we had a toddler and a dog.

I don’t consider it a pet friendly policy when they make you sign something saying your pet will never be alone in the room. How can you go do anything or out to eat when a lot of places don’t allow dogs. I will never stay here again this hotel is not pet friendly in my opinion. I left 2 days early and stayed at a different hotel so I could enjoy my stay in Hot Springs.
