I wanted to see the garden it was closed down, and the beds were like sleeping on box springs they sound like box springs too and the walls are paper thin u can hear everyone walking

Overall it was fine. The outside doesn’t look good but inside was nice. Bed had no middle support, shower absolutely no pressure & barely water, bathroom door doesn’t close and the toilet was crooked.

Overall good. Hallways looked beat down a bit. The deal breaker for me was “no elevator” as we were staying for a week and taking my stuff in was a hassle due to it. I also needed a receipt showing my form of payment and when I called to ask the receptionist didn’t seem to know how to give me the right info and wasn’t of much help.

We are NEVER coming back! We found underwear hanging on our lamp and food in the fridge! No comp or discount offered when notified., only "I'm sorry". Not worth the over $200 we spent. Makes me question their bedding cleanliness! There are a few other hotels across the street. We should've stayed over there instead but they were all sold out.

Think twice before you stay.

Hotel looks nice in pictures but it is not clean! There was mold inside the coffee maker, blood on the walls, the floors were dirty, dirt and empty beer cans under the bed by the headboard, someone’s clothes in the drawers of the furniture, and the ironing board was gross. Front desk said they would have the manager give us a call but it never happened. I was not going to leave a bad review if they reached out, but they never did.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and still I have no complaints. The staff is friendly and the room is nice. Beautiful view of the mountains! Free parking! Easy access to the freeway.

A quiet area, room was not

We could hear people walking around above us and doors slamming in the hall. The room was comfortable and the surrounding area was peaceful. Also, pictures of the hotel show a winery. When I inquired about the winery, staff looked at me like I was crazy. He had no idea about a winery and said there was no winery. I showed him the pictures of the winery on this app and he didn’t know anything about it. The winery is one of the reasons we chose this hotel. All in all, it wasn’t bad, but if I go back, it will be on an upper floor.

This propert was really in bad shape, it felt dirty and the ac filters in both rooms were so dirty they probably haven't cleaned them in a very long time. People were noisy at the pool right outside our door around 2 and 3 am.. we decided to just leave and and find a new place to stay, instead of staying there another night.
