The property is ok just for a quick stay but not for more then 3 day I went for a week and I just couldn’t stand the heat in the room I gets to hot inside that I would have to go to outside with my kids but other then that it’s ok just that they need to do think of putting air in the rooms

Very conveniently located; lots of dining and shopping options; surrounded by public transportation to all areas of CDMX. The only inconvenient is that is also surrounded by street vendors so food odors are sometimes very strong and streets are crowded.

Hotel room had no air circulation and caused huge discomfort during the stay. Fan was provided 2nd day of the stay but was not good enough since the air inside the room was heavy. No windows that can be opened. Photos of the rooms on hotels was not the exact same as in real life. Although the hotel is placed very good with stores and mall close to the hotel. And public trabsportation is close to the hotel. Although would not stay here again unless they fix the air circulation in the rooms.

I liked everything; the room was spacious for 2 people; clean, quiet. TV service could use a renovation on tv sets and streaming service. Very conveniently located; walkable to many interesting points; also public transportation to any point in the city readily available. Buenavista Forum which offers an array of shopping and dining variety is just across the street!

The property overall is a good option for the price, staff was nice, there's transport right across the steet and big mall with many options for food and entertainment. Everything was within a walking distance, but the rooms do seem kinda old, bed was not that comfy and the room seemed "sad" if that makes sense. Safe deposit was not working but breakfast was decent. TV had like 8 channels at the most and was not a smart TV.
