Just in for one night, for a celebration of a colleague's 50 years in the entertainment industry. We've stayed in the Leonardo in Brighton, which was excellent, and got the same experience here. The staff are exceptional in all areas, from check-in to the chap clearing the tables at breakfast: unfailingly polite and helpful, Breakfast was perfect, the room spotlessly clean and, most importantly for my wife, almost totally silent. Top marks to all.
