Don’t do it.

Trust the bad reviews and don’t stay here. The whole place smells like cigarettes. The rooms are incredibly rundown and dirty. Had to go to the dollar store and buy my own cleaning supplies to clean it. Stains on the sheets, moldy shower and dirty toilet, curtains ripped and stained with what looked like blood, white towels had black stains all over them, uneven and broken floors, cigarette holes and stains all over the chairs, sticky nightstands, windows so dirty you can’t see out of them…. There was literally a hole in our wall by the AC and you could see outside. And this was the second room after we refused to stay in the first one we were given. There’s strange people who just hang out in the lobby and parking lot all day every day, I assume they live at the hotel. Had a poor newborn baby rolling around the dirty lobby floor. Doors slam all hours of the night. People screaming in the hallway at 7am. Backdoors are open for anyone to just walk in. Parking lot has sketchy characters. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

Embarrassment of Rosemount

My wife is from Portsmouth and was attending her 50th Class reunion. We stayed her. 2 yrs ago, but surprised how much this place has gotten. The bed was nice and comfortable. There were scary looking people in the lobby when we came in at 10:30pm. Loud noices most of the night. Large outdoor trash can sitting in the hallway. Breakfast room was clean. No waffle mix available. REALLY? I got 2 more classmates to stay at this location. I was very embarrassed.

Portsmouth reservation.

The place was filthy. Trash on exterior. Shady people hanging around. Very dirty conditions. inside wet floors, mop buckets in the middle of hall ways. A person appearing drugged out sitting on the steps. We went into our room and the window was so bad you could not see out. We turned around and drove home. We will never make the mistake to book that way again.

A quick overnight stay and I had no issues at all. Great stay, great price. Rebecca in the breakfast area is really kind and greeted me, talked about my travel and set the tone for a nice breakfast.

Security a concern

Pro- comfortable beds and good WiFi and TVs with a channel listing on the counter! Hot shower and good size fridge with freezer. Con- bathroom door did NOT open all the way nor close! Dead flies in the roof. Rooms needed holes patched and painted. Motel lacked security. No swipe key to enter back door so anyone could walk in and walk the halls. Breakfast was adequate.

It was disgusting the hotel is supposed to smoke free and it smelt like weed all threw the hotel. There were cigarettes and ashes on the stairs. Our room had a hole in the bathroom door, sheets had hairs on them. The curtain was ripped. Bathroom door wouldn't shut. The pool was nasty. The people that worked that was rude, i guess they were guests got into our conversation with one of the ladies.

Worst hotel ever

It was absolutely horrible. There was cockroaches in our room. The air conditioner leaked on the floor all over the place. It was the worst stay I have ever stayed in a hotel. I will never be back.

Tweekers Paradise

Please don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Free breakfast was disgusting. Indoor pool was green. The entire hotel smelt of marajuana. Than to top it off when we were loading up there was a guy high on drugs right outside the main door where my kids saw this. Only there for one night, but damn it was not a nice clean place, like the pictures present
