Stayed here for one night, all the staff were very friendly and we were always welcomed with a hello and a smile. The gent behind the bar was also very friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was the awful drain smell in the bathroom, was so bad it almost made me vomit during the night.

Spacious clean room with shower room and separate wc. Comfortable beds and mini fridge provided but no kettle. Perfectly located for access to all of the city on foot. Overall pleasant stay and if ever in Manchester again, would not hesitate to stay here again.

Quiet, well equips rooms. Comfy beds. No tea or coffee and looks like there used to be a bar in building 2 but it’s all shut up and closed unfortunately. Have a great stay. Convenient for Oxford Road, Piccadilly and gay village. Staff were great.
