The room was recently renovated and featured hardwood flooring, which is quite rare and especially appreciated for family trips. We really enjoyed the indoor pool and spa—they were clean and relaxing. The smart TV with access to Netflix and YouTube was a great bonus as well. Overall, we had a wonderful stay here.

For a motel, I thought it was an excellent choice.. I liked my room and the services and amenities provided were great!! I did not use the pool, but I might do that on future visits. For someone that does not drive, thr Stargazer Hotel conveniently located to Downtown Monterey, the Del Monte Shopping center, and it's a great spot to stay at if you want to take public transportation to Carmel. I'll definitely return, maybe later this year or next year!!

The rooms are very clean. The hotel is in a good location close to restaurants and shopping, in walking distance to Del Monte center and downtown. It's quiet, has good free parking. The staff are very helpful. They are modernizing. They now have keyless entry. There is a nice indoor pool and hot tub. We have stayed at Stargazer 4 times and will definitely return again.
