Most of my stay was fine. I was there for two nights. There was no hot water in the shower either day. On my second day there I came back to my room to find a note under my door. It advised that even though I put a do not disturb sign on my door- a visit was required anyway. It went on to say the room had to be cleaned and it was for the safety of the guests. I was not happy with this. I wanted to come back and relax after sightseeing all day. The note said to arrange a time for housekeeping to inspect the room. I called the front desk and a male answered the phone. I advised that they could come now. This was about 6pm. A few minutes later my room phone rang and it was the same employee asking if I needed any new towels. I said I was good. An hour went by, no housekeeping. I called the front desk for a second time. This time it was a female that answered. I told her housekeeping still had not arrived per their requirement. She said she would check into it, I was like- are you going to call me back? She responded with a tone- yes- I will call you back. So now we were at 8pm and no call back and STILL no housekeeping. So at this point my evening was totally disrupted . I was furious. I went to the front desk and asked for the manager. I explained the events that occurred and she said- oh, they would not inspect after 3pm. I told her how angry I was and she replied with coldest, fake- sorry - I ever heard.

We enjoyed our stay at the Meadowlands plaza. The bar downstairs was fun and the shuttle really came in clutch for us. Dont forget to tip your driver ( they are the best) staff overall was very helpful

This hotel was better than expected! Price was great for a girls trip to the NYG vs Niners game!! The shuttle service to and from the Mall/stadium was amazing. The shuttle even picked us up from a close by sports bar afterwards! The guest were nice and quiet and the staff was amazing and helpful. The room was clean and spacious nothing was broken. Ibwould 100% stay here again!. Also we were able to park for free before the game! Hotelcis in a nice area and there is a restaurant/bar in the lobby.

Check in was easy. They gave us a great room! It’s huge with a king and a queen bed. Very clean!! The bathroom is beautiful. The room is remodeled. Would stay here again every time. The free breakfast was amazing as is the restaurant and bar for dinner.
