Hotel and room were a good fit for an overnight stay. Free breakfast could use improving. Food wasn't good.

Room was clean and comfortable, all staff were excellent, front desk, bar, housekeeping, etc.

Great place
Pleasantly surprised with my stay. Everything was great from check in to check out. Room was very clean and comfortable, I slept great! Nice sit down breakfast in the morning and I nice bonus I wasnt aware of at booking, is they have a shuttle! So we didn't have to pay for Ubers to and from the concert! Very happy with my choice to stay here

Shockingly unprofessional & possibly criminal?!
-The hotel claims it offers laundry service & dry cleaning. I was told it was btwn $10-20 per load. Hotel charged me $294 for ONE LOAD OF LAUNDRY & 1 jacket to be dry-cleaned! When I questioned it I was greeted with a stern rebuke by the mgr Nick. His behavior was UNPROFESSIONAL & NEGATIVE to say the LEAST!! It actually felt like I what been robbed.
First night an alarm went off in my room at 3am. Staffers couldn’t turn it off so I was offered another room. I was too exhausted to pack & repack AGAIN less than 12 hrs after arriving, so I accepted earplugs. Alarm was removed at 9am but never replaced in TEN DAYS. Nor was I offered a refund or partial credit for my loss of sleep. NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH POOR CUSTOMER SVC AT A “ Full Service HOTEL” as the Meadowlands Plaza Hotel advertises itself?:
-No Room Service unless you order from the overpriced Italian restaurant next door (when they are open).
-No Bell Staffers to help with luggage. If you are lucky one of the van drivers may be called in to help, if one is around.
The maids knock 2-3x daily but do not speak English. If you don’t answer they come in anyway but do not vacuum or empty trash or dust. I made several requests but they did not understand me. Uncomfortable for the guests AND the maids. Due to the miscommunication I received several reprimand-type memos from hotel mgt (no names given).
