It was such amazing stay in the hotel. Room was big and clean, and there is the best staff I've ever experienced in a hotel! Everyone was so helpful and friendly, especially the head waiter at the breakfast - what a lovely person! The location is perfect, very close to everywhere, well connected with public transport and many shopping options around. Thank you so much, I will definitely come back.

Plus side. Location. Clean and safe. Downside: dated rooms. Breakfast options limited. Rooms decent. Some road noise and the maid likes to start her work at 7am!! Very convenient though. Family trip to Hamburg. Hotel is in a great location. Free parking after 8pm in front of hotel on the boulevard street. Other than that a parking structure I was told was 15min away. Room was great and breakfast as well.

The hotel was ideally placed for exploring the city. The room was on the 6th floor and was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was included in the rate and the vegan food choices were good. The Reception staff were welcoming and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

I was doing the Ironman in Hamburg. The hotel was super clean and the staff were amazing however its opposite a casino and the rooms facing the casino are very loud with music. So you have to have the window shut. And there is no aircon so super hot.
