Terrible check in and check out experience
We booked three rooms. Which were clean and tidy. On arrival, we spent over 2 hours waiting to to checked in. The front desk told us to wait in the lobby and then forgot about us. The lady simply walked off!!
After we checked out, I discovered we had been charged for a bottle of wine as part of room service. This is a complete error since I don’t drink alcohol. I then sent email to the hotel to inquire about the overcharge and received no response. Very disappointing.

Needs Improvement to Match Brand Reputation
I was traveling with my kids, so comfort and prompt service were especially important, but unfortunately, the experience fell short.
* The bathroom washbasin in our room was clogged and wouldn't drain, which was very inconvenient throughout our stay.
* There was an internet issue with the TV, and despite calling multiple times yesterday, no IT person was sent to fix it.
* Breakfast was disappointing and did not meet the quality expected from a hotel of this brand.
Overall experience was ok as when staying at a reputed brand, you expect attention to detail and perfection, but that standard was missing here in The LaLit New Delhi.

The property overall is good. The only need is that rooms need touchup. There were so many cracks on the floor service from dimple and Drishti was fabulous.
One more thing they promised for the amenities which didn’t show up to my room and it was not only me another lady who was staying at the property. She also mentioned to the front desk agent that she didn’t receive her amenities yet so please try to be top off everything.
