This hotel is located in a convenient part of town with bus and metro access close by. The rooms were a little dated but clean. Ótima localização, rua tranquila para SP. Atendimento educado, quartos limpos e silenciosos. Cama grande e confortável. Chuveiro com boa pressão e temperatura. Café da manhã bem servido, com boa variedade. Durante estadia, o café era em um ambiente improvisado, pois estava em reforma. Recomendo colocar o aviso na maçaneta para a equipe de limpeza não chamar à porta pela manhã para realizar limpeza do quarto

Mas ficamos com a sensação que o hotel era falindo rsrs Viemos num final de semana do The Town, chegamos no hotel às 17h (o check in era às 14h) e ainda não tinha quarto limpo! Reclamamos bastante até que nos deram um upgrade. No dia seguinte, no café da minha, não tinha pratos, facas, xícaras, e nem funcionários para repor. Foi um caos!

Quarto excelente em tamanho, com cama muito ampla e confortável. Banheiro bom, podendo melhorar nas amenidades oferecidas(sobretudo os sabonetes). Café da manhã é um ponto que deve melhorar bem, com pequenas opções e espaço muito reduzido para o tamanho do Hotel.
