They helped us with a WiFi issue during our stay and gave us recommendations for good local places to eat. The hotel was very clean, quiet, and located right next to a family mart and a subway station. The convenience of this place made our first time navigating Osaka so easy.

Streets and public restrooms are clean and feel safe.

No AC, too small to even open up 1 luggage. The bed was extremely hard, it's just a Japanese futon on a metal grate. Would have beef more comfortable camping.
