The hotel was overall clean, but the customer service left a lot to be desired. The only staff members who stood out for their friendliness and helpfulness were the valet team and the bell boy. Unfortunately, the cafeteria service was disappointing—the girl working there barely spoke, and it felt unwelcoming. Additionally, it was uncomfortable to notice that some staff seemed “upset” when approached in Spanish, which made the experience less pleasant, especially in such a diverse destination.
The stay was fine, but the hotel could greatly improve by focusing on better customer service and more inclusive treatment of guests.
