I spent a lot of time deciding to stay at this hotel.
Especially since it had very high ratings on this platform, but I feel it is not the case!
First, before check-in, the hotel charged me for the first night in advance. This was not stated on the platform. If it says payment upon arrival, shouldn’t that mean payment on the day of check-in? Also, they did not proactively ask if I needed a receipt. Maybe it is for environmental reasons, but they could at least email it.
Next, the front desk staff cared more about finishing their shift than answering guests’ questions, and their attitude was poor. We were first-time visitors and not familiar with the hotel rules. We only asked a simple question, but were treated this way. She could have directed me to another colleague, but she refused.
Even if the facilities, cleanliness, and location are good, I would never choose this hotel again.
