We’ve stayed here many years and it will be the last years and it will probably be the last time. The entire floor smelled of weed, we only received two towels and half a roll of toilet paper when we checked in. The next day, we asked housekeeping if we could get another roll of toilet paper, and we were told it was not our housekeeping day. We stayed five nights and I had to ask for new hotels under our fourth night as well as more toilet paper. Housekeeping was very rude.

Our shower broke & it took 2 days for maintenance to come out only to tell us it was not repairable. We had to move to another room…and that room was worst than the 1st. Air conditioner barely worked. Air conditioning screen wa broken so metal was sticking out. Definitely a safety hazard. Trash in corridors was over flowing & the property in general smelled like dog poop. Will Never stay here & would never recommend.

I guess I still just want to warn people about the parking it's 2350 a day and not included in hotel.com fees. It's still ended up being the cheapest hotel in walking distance of Disneyland where I'm working right now.

they didn't have hair dryer in the room, neither iron. The front didn't resolve when asked to provide them saying they ran out in for the whole weekend. Blankets had blood/redish stains

The room was great. Everything was very clean. The ac unit was not very good. A few staff member need to be a little.more welcoming, very stone faced and quite abrupt when answering questions. Again, not all, but a few.

Knowing we’d be at Disney most of our trip the hotel was to be expected. It could definitely use some updating but the room was clean. Shower pressure was very low and water would switch between hot and warm. For Disney it’s very walkable and staff was quick for check in. No real complaints besides shower and the hotel just needs to be updated.

My family was without a shower for 2 days. The shower knob broke and they don’t have a maintenance technician available at night. Shower never got fixed and my family & I had to move rooms in the middle of the night. Horrible to start off…the room we got moved to was worse. TV didn’t work, air conditioner vent was extremely dirty and full of lint and dust and vent was broken, my son cut his hand on metal. The garbage outside our room was over flowing & wasn’t thrown for days. I contacted the front desk and they wanted to refund me $80 of our parking fees…what a joke and insult! I have pictures if needed. Horrible stay and will NEVER return.

There was empty alcohol bottles under the corner of bed. Bed covers had brown stains! There was spilt drinks on walls that never got picked up. The hotel lobby was just as bad! There was molded cups of coffee in lobby windows that stayed there all 4 days we stayed.
