My overall stay was very good, especially with breakfast included with the stay. However, the hotel has an undisclosed pork restriction, which limited the food options to mostly chicken. The hotel also did not have any washcloths, so my family and to find a store to purchase our own

I enjoyed the breakfast option available to guests; the room was clean and comfortable. Internet access was available and consistent. Having private transportation would make it easier to access local amenities. The "satellite" tv was a challenge to watch.

The check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff made sure I felt welcomed and informed about everything the hotel had to offer. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable — the bed felt like sleeping on a cloud! I especially appreciated the little touches, like complimentary bottled water, plush towels, and the amazing view from my window. The amenities were top-notch: the pool area was clean and relaxing, the on-site restaurant served delicious food with great variety, and the breakfast buffet was generous and fresh each morning. I also loved the convenient location — close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. But what really made my stay unforgettable was the staff. Everyone I encountered was friendly, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed.
