Well overall I had a wonderful experience! The employees were very nice and friendly. I can’t wait to come back after renovations is done.

The rooms were nice bit the check in process was a nightmare. They might want to put on site that everything in that hotel is card only. Most of the staff was easy to talk too.

No restaurants on site, no breakfast, no parking. Hotel is clean but that’s it no amenities at all.

Bally’s BR

It was pretty good, although the main Casino was in a complete state of renovation and not open. I suspect that included the pool and was also the reason behind the lack of on-site dining options (non-existent).

Our stay was amazing. The hotel is still undergoing construction, but did not interfere with accommodations. The staff was awesome super friendly. The room was great. Good walking access to restaurants & downtown area. Shuttle van to the local casino was a plus. Definitely would recommend.

Satisfied guests

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Only had one hiccup. Miss understanding about the shuttle service. But we addressed the problem & Bally’s makes it right. Room was a bit small & there’s no fridge or microwave. But other than that we had a very pleasant experience. My husband & I were extremely impressed with the staff. 👍👍😊

10/10 Exceptional

the rooms looked unfinished for a LUXURY hotel concrete was the decor walls and ceiling the floor was cold and not carpeted had a leak in bathroom and had to change rooms rather than get it fixed so it flooded the hall by next morning and had to listen to the carpet cleaner in the hall to clean up water for leak all morning. the only thing good about the stay was the staff they were amazing
Louise, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

The property is not ready from prime time as its restaurants are all under construction.
David, 3-night trip

Property very nice but overpriced due to construction and no other offerings
Dave, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

Staff and security was great. The room would smell like mold if you used the dehumidifier setting and TV didn't work.internet was quick enough for 4k streaming. Bed and pillows to soft for my taste, smelled fresh and clean no stains.
Javier, 3-night trip

Shuttle may abandon you! Be resourceful for food.

Shuttle abandoned me at the Queen. Taken there for dinner. Told it would return in 40 min. Waited 20 min beyond that and then walked back 30 min to hotel. Thanks for that. Room needs refrigerator and microwave since no food service onsite during renovation.
Jay, 5-night trip

6/10 Good

Clean and new, but no amenities! Disappointing. Parking is quite a distance away and the walk is not easy. No food options nearby.

Checkin was good. Room was smaller than expected. Room would be a giid bdsm dungeon It has that vibe.
Brian, 1-night trip

The room could’ve used a workspace
Brent, 1-night trip

Valet parking fee rediculous for just the hotel, no casino. No close parking for hotel besides valet. No type of food offering besides snacks and juice. Ad says see sister company, but not that close to this hotel.
valerie, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

Was told that it was free valet parking because I was there for the USBC open. Come to find out I was charged $45 for valet and the check out gal said sorry nothing I can do about it.
Paul, 4-night trip

6/10 Good

We decided to stay here because we liked the location and understood that the hotel had been completely renovated (and opened in March). However, the hotel was still undergoing renovations and large sections were closed off (especially by the lobby). We also didn't like that there was a $33 valet charge every night (not listed on your website) with no option for self parking. The valet made it appear very scary to do street parking downtown and offered no other options.

Building still under construction and room apparently is minimal, not visual appealing looks like a dungeon whomever was the design team needs to be fired for thinking that was a good idea. I understand the business plan to get it built and fill it up and let them complain because yes 1 out of 100 is a good percentage so with that i will not be visiting your properties. Good luck to you and your future endeavors H. MCCLENDON
