Very dated building. Great price but building is in dire need of renovation. Old carpets, worn paint. Smokey smell still lingers in rooms from ages ago. Good location, cloae to everything.

Sadly disappointed

the staff was friendly, but unfortunately things were very disorganized. The room wasn't ready when we arrived at 3 pm. The cleanliness was good for the usual things, but the place, inside and out didn't look like it ever gets a good cleaning. Really was too bad. People were very friendly and nice, but I would not go back.

Dont expect much but a bed to sleep in

The room was pretty run down, beds were old, bathroom was outdated and unclean with wallpaper peeling, coffee maker had been left used and unclean (still with moldy coffee bag in hopper). Was a little disappointed more then last time as it was more run down and unsanitary, however for a quick family over night stay- it was better then sleeping in our truck and decently priced with no bed bugs (a little more quality tho was expected)

Front desk people were friendly and welcomed us ! Definitely does NOT look like the pictures as they have only updated so many rooms ! Our bed was clean and comfortable! Room was clean besides the the toilet seat being burnt .It absolutely could use lots of updating . Overall we enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back as it’s affordable and welcoming for all the money you’ll spend exploring and shopping !

Don't stay.

Absolutely terrible hotel. DO NOT STAY. The roof was caving in in the bathroom. The door didn't latch from the outside. Could just be pushed open. It's a motel. The windows didn't latch maybe the building has shifted so much. So they screwed them shut. So not only can you not allow fresh air in. You also wouldn't be able to get out in case of emergency. While I was talking to the front desk trying to get a refund. Another lady came in with the same issues. And their room smelt like an ash tray. The hot tub is out of order also ... But that was a very minor inconvenience considering the rest of everything. I have submitted a complain to the City because the building should not have people in it period let alone be a hotel and be a place of business.

I just drove a 7 hour trip to Calgary, I booked online and when we arrived they told me I needed to wait until 3pm to check in, it was already 2am in the morning.. they did not give me a refund even though I did not stay there, I was exhausted and tired and was not going to wait until 3pm in the afternoon..

Not one thing good about this hotel. I’ve seen much cheaper locations an and better conditions. Only stay here if you absolutely have to. The hot tub was closed (had been for many years), the pool didn’t look enticing. The carpets throughout the entire building not only looked like a brothel was the main reason why you were there, but, when I asked for an extra pillow, and since I checked in at 7pm, I was told to wait until 9am the next day because the “housekeeper staff” wasn’t there. REALLY?
