I did not like the property at all. It is very old and made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe due to its condition. The electricity was not working properly, several outlets were nonfunctional, the entire room needs maintenance, and my daughter received a small shock when trying to turn on the light. We reported these issues to the front desk, but the staff member was unprofessional, ignored our concerns, and even laughed at us during checkout. We had booked for 10 days but only stayed one night because of the poor conditions. This was the worst vacation experience I’ve ever had.
The floor was dirty and with paint on it.
This drawer does not close
The sit of the toilet was old and not apropies installed
The utensils drawer was not stable dirty and old.

Pongan fotos de la entrada a la habitación para saber que hay escaleras, así mismo para acceder a la recámara , pues yo llevaba a una persona de la tercera edad y se le dificultó, asimismo la habitación se encontraba en el 5 piso y no sirvió el elevador más cercano

Cuando llegamos nos dijeron que desconocían la reservación que habíamos hecho y tuvimos que rentar otro lugar de última hora, al final resultó mejor el otro lugar, pero no fue grato llegar y que nos dijeran que no teníamos reservación y al principio ni siquiera nos dejaban pasar a recepción para verificar la reservación, simplemente nos decían que no aparecían nuestros nombres en un listado que les había proporcionado la gerencia.

The property is in need of considerable maintenance. It is old and doubtless once very nice, but those were the glory days of yesteryear. The pool was very nice, quite large and very enjoyable. The staff was very nice and helpful. Our room was okay but the air conditioner was overhead blowing directly on the bed making sleeping somewhat difficult.

La ubicación está bien, está grande la alberca y la vista es espectacular. Lo que no nos encantó son las instalaciones, están muy descuidadas, y la ubicación de algunos cuartos están de difícil acceso

The hotel front desk staff and dining room staff were very rude!! They hotel did not provide face towels, the bed did not have a blanket or duvet cover. There was a broken pipe that they had to be fixed therefore, there was no hot water for me to shower for 3 days and they did not offer me another room. The hotel room walls were paper thin and you could hear everything that was going on in the room beside you. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The only thing and i mean the only thing that was good about that hotel was the pool! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
