The hotel is acceptable overall, but with some notable drawbacks. The staff are friendly and helpful, which is a definite positive, and the beds are comfortable.
Housekeeping is not automatic and needs to be requested separately, which was inconvenient. Room cleanliness was okay but not great — the room felt a bit grubby rather than truly clean.
Breakfast was underwhelming. The eggs were not fresh, and the overall selection was just average.
The split setup between the Residence Inn and the Moxy Hotel is also quite strange. Although you book and stay on the Residence Inn side, all facilities — including the restaurant and weekend breakfast — are located in the Moxy building. This was confusing and not clearly communicated.
Overall, it’s a serviceable stay, but there is room for improvement, particularly around housekeeping, cleanliness, and breakfast quality.
