Booked a year in advance and they tried to cancel.

I booked this room a year in advance and I got a call from the Manager the day before our trip having her tell me that she was going to cancel my rooms, but she ended up getting some cancellations so she would honor my reservation but put me in the king room instead of my two double queen , which we booked a year in advance. While I appreciate having a room, the room they put us in was not that great. It had an old Jacuzzi tub in the corner, and the bathroom door wouldn’t shut all the way there was no counter space and it was difficult to find a plug to use for the hairdryer curling iron

Wonderful

The room was amazing. Very clean and updated. The beds were super comfortable. We loved the shower and the soaking tub was very nice. It is centrally located to downtown and easy walking distance to many events and attractions.

Service was great, but workmanship is awful

The service was excellent but this place was flipped and extremely poorly - unfinished plywood, uncovered light switch boxes, upside down bath taps, microwaves stacked on mini fridges (against code), missing banisters, and half done rope lights (imagine a college dorm). Just truly hilarious workmanship.

Great stay!

The Hotel Pendleton was a cozy and comfortable stay. The bed was nice and the shower hot. The parking underground was perfect, but the height limit is 6’3” The location is great and within walking distance to many local restaurants, shops, bars. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

One night in Pendleton

We (me, Trophy Husband) just needed a place to stay on our road trip and I picked this based on price and some decent reviews. Pros: Andrea (I believe thats her name) was wonderful! She put us in a quiet room in the far corner so my husband could nap off a migraine. That little human touch means the world to me. Thank you! The rooms appear updated and were clean/fresh. The bed was comfortable and the AC was ice cold. There's a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in the room as well. Parking is right in front of your room. A small complimentary continental breakfast is available to get travelers going. The price was very reasonable. Cons: Parking is tight, especially if you're in a full size truck like us. Worth considering: The hotel is downtown off a one way street so it takes an effort to find it. If you're looking to just pull off the interstate, this place might not meet your needs.

Overnight Stop but Now Planning as Weekend Getaway

Really liked the combination lobby / bar / cafe. Very well done, modern style in an old building with a lot of clean lines but managed to pull it off where he's still a warm space. Rooms, bathrooms, and sinks were nicely updated very recently. Staff was also super friendly and helpful. Great location on the middle of "Main Street" in Pendleton's city center, also just a block from the river walk which is nice for an evening stroll or morning jog.

Good choice

The design of this hotel is trendy and playful with a minimalist style and everything you need. Plenty of restaurants in the area including local breweries and a steakhouse within walking distance. The town is fantastic and so fun to walk around in, and the hotel is right in the middle of all the action! Some warnings….if you are disabled, make sure to let the hotel know as the first floor seems to fill up and the stairs are difficult with suitcases for those with mobility issues. No elevator. Additionally, if you have a room near the stairs, it can be a bit loud.

Great downtown location

Great location if you want to be right downtown and be able to walk to pubs and restaurants! Don’t upgrade to the suite unless you really want a jacuzzi tub because it takes away all the shelf room in the bathroom.

Hotel Pendleton

The hotel is clean with spacious rooms and a nice bathroom. The bed was comfortable for me, but a bit firm for my husband. The only thing we didn't like was the crinkly, waterproof mattress pad. It crinkled when you turned over and made the bed hot because it doesn't "breathe".
