Hotel great, Restaurant a disaster

Our lakeside room was great. Nice view, large room, bed and pillows great,deck was a plus. Why i didn't give 5 stars was the restaurant. Our dinner took a long time coming out because only one cook. Breakfast was worse. Didn't open on time, and after 20 minutes myself and other guests walked across a busy street and over to Betty's cafe. Great food there.

Hotel room was great but service for breakfast was terrible on 2 occasions! On one occasion took our order after waiting 10mins to be then told 20 mins later that couldn’t fulfil our order so did we want to order something else!!! Also was celebrating our 16th Wedding anniversary and did not get any sort of acknowledgment from the hotel !!!

Excellent Waterfront Hotel on Flathead Lake

Had a really enjoyable stay at the hotel. I had only planned to stay one night, but had such an enjoyable stay I decided to change my plans and stay a second night. It’s really worth it to get a lakeside room. The views are spectacular. The meals in the restaurant are quite good and reasonable. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.
