A hotel located perfectly to explore the city and area around. Staff are superfriendly and the entire hotel is in a very very good shape with great beds, room and facilities. The only thing we didnโ€™t like was that our room didnโ€™t have windows outside but to the indoor hotel.

Potique Nha Trang is a very pleasant hotel. The place has a warm and quaint atmosphere. It offers the modern conveniences yet still retains an aura of traditional hospitality and charm. In the middle of bustling Nha Trang, Potique is a refreshing find. Mr. Trung and Ms. Ngoc Anh were exceptionally courteous and helpful to me and my family. Your hotel is AMAZING!! We love the decor throughout the hotel is tastefully done in authentic Vietnamese way. The staff at the reception and restaurant are incredible. Upon arrival, we were greeted with an iced cold drink & towels while sitting on the comfy chairs in the lobby. The breakfast buffet is delicious and the staff are attentive, they constantly checked on us while clearing out dishes and offered to refill our coffee. The Sen Spa service is professional & the space is clean, the ladies are checking on the strength of their pressure, asking if we want to have less or more. In particular, we want to give a shout out to Eri - the nice lady with perfect English at the front desk, who helped us with the check in/out and making a last minute ground transport for us to the airport. With her help, it made our trip epic!

Front desk said they would handle motorbike rental. Waited until 5 minutes prior to pick up to tell us their connection fell through and there was nothing they could do. Laughed at us. Eventually got motorbike (Vu Duc Anh seemed to just not want to work). Still never apologized. Next day, bellhop literally chases me down and follows me about returning the bike. I say I will when I check out in 20 minutes. Still follows and pesters me. This is expected at a hostel, not a 5-star
