Good accommodation’s on a budget.

Finding parking was limited ,nearest Public parking lot was 3 blocks away, Furniture and carpet had stains, but in general housekeeping was good. Bed was very comfortable, nearby attractions and food. Staff was friendly and polite, overall a good stay for the price.

Decent stay but lacking some major comforts

Overall, the stay was OK. The location of the hotel is fantastic! The beach is two blocks away and there are so many food, pharmacy, shopping options within a few block radius. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was very relaxing. The hotel also provides beach towels and beach chairs/umbrellas to borrow at no extra cost. However, the air conditioning in our room was almost nonexistent. We turned it down to the coolest setting, and it was still so hot in the room that none of us slept with blankets and we were sweating the entire time. There is also nowhere to hang up wet swimsuit/towels, other than one towel hook on the back of the bathroom door. There also wasn’t a fan in the bathroom, so it was always humid and nothing dried.

Very indifferent check in assistant. No ironing board in room, carpet was bare to the boards in places and the air conditioning is noisy. The $140 resort fee just seems like a cash grab when the only service you offer is a small pool and chairs I can carry blocks to the beach. Also no do not disturb hanger, and bathroom towels are best as floor mats (small and scratchy/old)

Great budget hotel in good location

The hotel was great value for money. Located in a leafy side street away from the traffic but just 2 blocks from the beach Plenty of recent eateries nearby and round the corner from the hop on hop off bus stop. Yes the decor is a bit dated but the room rate and location more than make up for the cosmetic imperfections. Helpful staff, especially Paula on reception.
