We didn't get the pool or ocean view, because we read that the entertainment could be loud, and you would hear it in those rooms. The hotel was extremely clean, the staff was unfailingly polite, and the food was plentiful. There were breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets and the times were broad. Each buffet lasted for at least 2 hours. Food and drink were included but the liquor was not a name brand, and the wine was simply undrinkable. If you're not a drinker, this is the place for you. If you like to eat, this is the place for you. One last thing: the entertainment was LOUD. They were blasting music at the pool starting in the early afternoon, and there was a band in the evening, inside, that was really, really loud. So loud that you couldn't really understand the lyrics. We just stayed away from that section of the hotel in the evening.

This was a good spot for an inexpensive getaway but your expectations should be very low. The housekeeping staff did not remember to clean our room every day, even when we told them we were going out; the TV did not work, there is no coffee maker (unless you request it and they are limited), and the little things, like real conditioner in the shower, do not exist. The buffet is okay but they usually ran out of fruit in the morning. The poolside grill is excellent and the drinks are plentiful, as in every all-inclusive, but most of the staff seemed unhappy to be there. The decor has not been updated since the 80s and there is a weird smell in the bar. Only go if, like us, you plan to just spend your time relaxing at the beach - in that respect, it is perfect.

We received an upgrade upon check-in - went from a partial ocean view room to an oceanfront one that led directly onto the beach with reserved chaise lounge chairs and a cabana umbrella - so awesome! The room was immaculate and the staff was very courteous and accommodating

Room was clean and staff greeted us with smiles each day. Food and drinks are as expected at an all inclusive, food maybe slightly better than expected, and the bartenders didn't skimp on the liquor and got to know our preferences very quickly! Beds are firmer than I like, but that's a personal preference thing. The beach is awesome, which was the main reason we chose Breezes. We noticed the usual jostling for chairs around the pool with people placing towels out early in morning to claim seats they didn't use till lunch time. Glad we wanted the beach which always had available chairs. Lots of night life at the resort and the resort next door that we didn't partake in as we were there for sun and beach. As week progressed, resort became full as Valentine's approached. We didn't see extra staff to accommodate this uptick of clients and we felt like the atmosphere was kind of tense with rude clients being upset with not getting top shelf drinks (it's all inclusive, what are you expecting?!) or just too demanding. We felt bad for the staff that were running their butts off and smiling less, which is not their fault. I will definitely go back and try to pick a more quiet time again to enjoy this site! Yes, resort is dated but we saw smiling workers constantly working to update and keep it clean. Great people work here!

It was not accessible for people with disabilities, no water or coffee in the room and no one to bring it to you. It was nice for people who are able to help themselves but for me it was not good. I tried to go get my water but the doors was to heavy for me to use my walker and try to carry anything. I will stay again but only if the service improve for people with disabilities, thank you.

Accueil médiocre, chambres très vieillotes et on entendait le voisin comme si on vivait avec... Un peu dommage (son de la tv, toilettes, éternuements...) Les repas sont globalement bien, mais parfois il n'y avait plus de choix, 1 ou 2h avant la fermeture des stands.. Un peu frustrant. Et quand on réussit à avoir une table, juste le temps d'aller se servir à nouveau, on nous débarasse tout et quelqu'un prend la place... Sinon emplacement top Un service de navette pour l'aéroport / centre-ville serait appréciable, les taxis se régalent à faire payer des prix fous...

Great resort, fantastic staff, delicious dinner... why didn't I give 5? - There was no internet reception in my room. The internet was more or less ok at the reception area only. I asked if something could be done, but the response was that there is only one router for the entire hotel, located at reception. I believe in 2025, the internet is a must in any place, like for example towels, so if the hotel can fix this, it will reach exceptional service!
