Overall, it was a really great stay. The front desk was super nice. The room was clean and stocked. There’s even a coffee shop walking distance from the hotel which was really nice.

Gross

Would absolutely not recommend to my worst enemy!!!!

Don’t recommend

Gave away our building reservation and then tried to move us to a different building up the road. The building was in terrible condition. Smelled , drywall dust everywhere, homeless people , door handles missing. Asked for a refund and didn’t stay at the hotel. We drove home instead.

Since my stay was for an emergency it was actually decent the only downside is they were doing renovations or fix something in some of the rooms because some doors had blue tape on them but my didn’t when I got in my room there was no tv but the tv mount was there and the shower rod was basically unscrewed looked like it was gonna fall and some minor stuff was missing like a trash can and what not i really only stay for 1-2 nights how ever you thing about it so take this with a grain of salt
Dominique, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Ghetto place

The room was so smelly, the toilet was so dirty and not flushing good, the room wasn’t clean, bugs all over, the bed covers and everything were not washed, smelly and stained This Hotel should’ve not been open as it’s the worst nightmare for those who are deceived by the pictures on line. It’s a must not stay place. They are lying about this dirty, druggy smelling hotel. We never stayed because it made us puke just going inside the minute we saw it. I wasted my money on this filthy Hotel. It’s a scam, non refundable hotel. What an idiot would put a hotel website with good photos of it and stating as non refundable. It’s a ghetto place!!!!
MERLYN, 9-night trip

Very Disappointed

Hotels gave me flat price, hotel charged 4.50 more room was filthy, not swept, not mopped, multiple hair in bath and in sink, no cable even though the marguee states free wifi and cable, no ice available has to walk to store to get it, but most of all, no one ever to be found working, push the buzzer and it says unavailable, dial the number given and ask you to leave a message. One customer called and was told to call back in 45 mins as they were on lunch. Regardless never could find anyone Will not stay here again,
John, 2-night trip

The people there were very friendly and helpful. I was unable to stay there because my credit card didn't make it into the backpack, therefore they wouldn't let me rent a car in Bismark... should have just bought a used one, but didn't think of that in time.

Nastyville

There was urine in the toilet food splattered in the microwave water marks on the bathroom mirror and stuff all over the floor. The nastiest hotel I’ve ever entered. So needless to say I did not stay there

They had no staff, and it was dirty. I made the beds and cleaned the room myself. This place should be condemned.

. Bad experience. Q

Came here to have a nice vacation going to the North Dakota state fair soon as we got in the room crack pipe was found under one of the beds. The room was totally dirty. Carpet looked terrible. It was just all a brick room that had stains on the wall very gross to stay, I would never suggest this to anyone

6/10 Good

There was no toilet paper in my room, the sheets didn’t look clean as there were brown spots, and there were bed bugs

Upon entering the poorly lit lobby, I immediately witnessed someone partaking in illegal substances…. Right in the lobby. I guess it could have been insulin , but not sure you inject that into the crook of your arm…. I didn’t give the place any further consideration… I immediately turned around and walked out.
Michael D, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

There were black goo stuck to tables and walls like old spilled drinks that hardened, there was a hole in our bathroom door, probably from a punch, and there was shattered windows and nothing was cleaned. The walls and outlets are stained with yellows, browns, and blacks, the bed is extremely hard, the bathroom is horrifying, knocking comes from random places like a haunted house, everyone was smoking and it stinks strongly of weed and cigarettes, the people there were talking to eachother about how theyre getting transfered to a prison the next day. Its a hotel for prisoners and druggies, stay away.
