Hotel is located at a small alley leading out to the main busy street of kawamarachi and near to Nishiki market. A short bus ride to Gion Rooms are clean but rather warm. Can’t seem be adjust the air conditioning prob due to winter auto heat. Breakfast semi buffet spread is good. The hotel is next to a shrine/cemetry.
