Exhausted traveler deals with flu while waiting

Coming off a 4-day conference experience in Cleveland, I had come down with a terrible flu that made me miss the last day entirely. I had pre-planned to stay here on my way back to Dayton but showed up early given my state. In my experience, almost all hotels will allow an early show, but this time was not to be. I was barely able to manage the wait. The bed was a bit soft and I couldn't figure out the temperature controls. The bed coverings were light, so I eventually doubled them over to give me more warmth. Still I shivered through the miserable night with a high fever. The breakfast was mediocre. Staff was professional though not friendly or sympathetic.

Terrible. Do not stay here.

Worst hotel we have ever stayed at. 2 beds broke in two different rooms. Extremely dirty. Constant trash in the common areas and outside. Staff loitered outside smoking. No air conditioning in lobby or hallways. Lobby doors were left open 24 hours a day with bugs visibly running in through the open doors. We were told on the weekend that breakfast was until 10. Saturday morning it stopped at 8:30 and we were unable to get anything. Sunday it went until 10:30. Everything was filthy or broken. Worst stay ever.

It’s ok.

We enjoyed our stay, for the first part. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. However, we changed rooms for the next few nights and the bed was not comfortable. Also, there was no coffee machine in the room, and no safe. The 3 mornings that Lori was taking care of serving breakfast were great. She served different hot breakfasts every day with a smile and a warm welcome.

Hotel did NOT match pictures on hotels.com. Room was terrible - stains all over furniture and carpets, as well as toilet. It was disgusting. Had a king bed and only got 2 flimsy pillows. When we asked for more, we were told they didn’t have any more pillows. We left as early as possible the next day and will never stay here again.

Not a easy night.

Upon arrival AC was not working in lobby or any hallways. They had box fans plugged in the wall. Very warm! Pool was not working. 1/3 full of water. Change machine broken. Men's restroom urinal out of order. No detergent available in guest laundary.

Hotel needs a lot of work. Dusty room. Lights that did not work. Coffee maker needs to be thrown away. It had not been sanitized in who knows? We were not made aware that the pool was closed. Outside the property is very ugly. Staff was ok, just not friendly.Will not choose to stay again
