The staff didnt welcome me. Basically had me sign and that was it. Didn't mention brsakfast checkmout or anything. The bed was so low and hard in an accessible room that my husband who is in a wheelchair had to spend most of the night in the chair. The room wasn't what I expected and I wasn't happy at all. Just thankful we didn't have to sleep there tve two nights as previously planned.
