A night mare

This place was a nightmare. After being at Disney for 12 hours we were so excited to go back to our hotel and rest our hurting and tired feet. When we arrived to the hotel I had booked 5 days in advance, we were met with the only room available. The door was prompt open and the room was filled with appliances. I took a picture see below and went and showed the concierge. He said I'm so sorry but that's the only room I had left ... And it didn't have a working ac and was currently being renovated that's why the things were in there ... So they over booked and me and my children at 1 am were left without lodging I had already paid for ... His only way to fix this was turn us away at 1 am to find alternative lodging or give us a dirty room and the stuff to clean it ourselves !!! 100 percent unexctable. While we were cleaning a couple came to yell at the concierge because they couldn't even close their room door and the 4th floor was a disaster they said !

Não volto.

Matamos 4 baratas no banheiro, o ar condicionado não funcionou para aquecer, mofo por todo o teto do banheiro (forte), super humido todo o ambiente, elevador não funcionou em um dos dias, não possuem lavanderia, nem parceria com lavanderias da região, tão pouco souberem indicar alguma lavanderia perto, estacionamento lota devido a outros negócios como cassino no mesmo complexo comercial e eles não garantem vaga. Para ajudar, paguei 100% pelo Hotéis.com e queriam cobrar outra vez no checkout porque o Hotéis.com emitiu um cartão virtual para pagar ao hotel que não funcionava. Terrível experiencia.

Anything could go wrong did. Arrived at the room my daughter sat on one of the beds and it broke down nearly throwing her to the floor. HVAC or toilet leaked on me from the bathroom upstairs. They finally moved me to another room and the TV didn’t work or the toilet. Prior to being moved none of the rooms had blankets or comforters on them, I called room service to inquire if they had any and man at the front desk said yes come on down. I get downstairs and he says oh no we don’t have blankets but here’s an extra sheet. Later that same evening I wanted to purchase a bottle water from their cooler in the lobby, again I called the front desk asked how much the waters cost same man said $3 I responded ok I’ll be right down. I get downstairs and he says we don’t have any bottles of water. Now on to cleanliness definitely a mess. Faucets were not clean, got out the shower and was greeted from the previous guest with a love note drawn on the bathroom mirror through the steam.

En el hotel nos trataron bien. El desayuno estuvo muy bueno. Seleccioné este hotel por su excelente ubicación. Finalmente, 16 familiares se hospedaron en el mismo hotel, porque les gustó el sitio como a mi. Gracias Comfort Inn!
