We were placed in the farthest room on the property. It was 35 degrees and the fire place wasn’t heating. Good thing the loud ac/heater worked or else we would have froze. Maintenance couldn’t figure out why fireplace wasn’t working and failed to return to check on us. Floors were also filthy. We didn’t feel comfortable and left at 5am just to get out of there.

Room was dated but the bed was comfortable and it suited our needs. The restaurant on site had decent food but the service was pretty slow. Great location from Bryce Canyon National Park.

The porch light was too bright without blockout curtains. We loosened the light bulb so we could sleep. The carpet can use a cleaning. The TV choices were great. Bed was comfortable.

there is no bathroom countertop, no place to hang towers. There is no elevator. Window curtain brakes open, can't stay closed. Towers are thick and soft though. There was no water on second day around 6PM. Fortunately, they fix it in about 3 hrs.

1984 is calling

Stayed in 131. Cute little cabin. Very clean and quiet room, which was nice. Queen size bed needs an update and quite a bit broken down. Mattress was dead 10 years ago. Furniture was straight out of 1984. Overall, good stopping point.

From the bed lol. I just unscrewed it so I could see the TV. But it back on when we left.

The property has several buildings connected by hardtop in a sort of rambling way. Between the registration office and the restaurant, the route is narrow at points and there is a large tree stump in the middle of things that can be hard to see in low light or other visually challenged situations. Slow way down and be on watch for children, animals and tree stumps!
