I checked in late and service was fast and friendly. The hotel itself can use some upgrades. It's showing wear and tear. The showers were concerning. It looked like lots of hard water rust type stains on the walls. Glad I just slept and didn't have to shower. I felt like I would have needed a shower because of the shower and not because house keeping didn't do a good job, but because the property is dated.

The first room smelled like urine. They put us in a another room on the 2nd floor this time. That was okay, the floor needed vacuumed though. We won't be going back.

Luckily, the bed was fine. Through smell, musty water damage on the ceiling. Back of the bathroom door was torn up.

Thought room smelled smoky. Asked to change but told none other available. Then noticed missing smoke detector on ceiling. Handicapped bathroom so no counter space. Light above sink kept flickering. Used mirror in hallway instead. Breakfast- Eggs cold. Muffins very dry.

Worst experience ever

We were unable to stay. The room above ours was leaking from there bathroom into ours. Looking at the ceiling it was not the first time. We were given another room that had not been cleaned and we were not sure if someone was still in there when we opened the door. So at 11:00 at night we were out trying to find a new hotel. I am now trying to get my money back, but the manager will not call me back.

Room smelled like sour mop water. Furniture and bathroom door had severe wear. The "gym" equipment was tore up with parts missing that didnt work properly. Then we woke up to our bathroom flooded because of a pipe broken 2 floors up.

Staff was great. Entire hotel needs updating. Doors stuck, a/c took forever to cool room. Rusty ceiling tile holders. Leaky faucets. Old. Great location. Could be a gold mine for inccome.
