Not recommended

The staff did not allow me to store my luggage for a few hours before I could check in. I just had one luggage and the staff said I could just put the luggage in the common area….so I carried the luggage with me for lunch and before I can check in…. We also saw a bug in the room. It’s also very noisy outside every night at around 4pm. Overall I would recommend paying a bit more to stay in other hotels

Faulty Tv not Working.

During my stay on August 31st in Room 241, the TV wasn’t working. I called reception at 8:32 PM, and maintenance came up, checked it, and said he’d be back in 10 minutes. He never returned, and the issue was never fixed. I complained when I checked out and the receptionist said there was no note or complaint

Disappointing

I reserved 2 rooms for 2 nights. Both rooms had clean sheets. The first room had no shampoo in the large bottle attached to the wall of the shower. Unfortunately, my mother did not know this until she had already wet her hair. Also, the shower doors were swinging loose from the track. The second room had a clogged sink and the toilet tank would not stop running. Maintenance claimed they repaired the situation after I reported it. The sink was fixed, the toilet wasn’t. Also, the shower, surprisingly, had a tub style faucet (even though there was no tub as it was a walk in shower) with a knob to pull up to release the water from the shower head above. Ten percent of the water came out from the shower head and ninety percent came out from the tub spout. Finally, the second room had only a partial set of towels and no creamer or sugar for the in-room coffee. The complimentary breakfast was satisfactory. The coffee at the breakfast bar was actually outstanding. The floor was sticky both mornings. The breakfast room was crowded. It was very difficult to serve yourself as well as to sit comfortably. A very disappointing part of our stay is that despite staying two nights, housekeeping did not come. I was told that they only come every other day. I think the guests deserve to be told that they should make their own bed and hang up all of their towels.

Disgusted and Disappointed

The first room had a broken tap and sounded like a waterfall as we walked into the room. Tap would not shut off. They did move us 2 doors down to another room. The room was disgusting. Couldn’t take your shoes off because the floors were gritty and filthy. Stains on the bed skirt (“water” marks?) and dirt. The toilet had dried urine around the seat. Dried toothpaste on the sink counter. Our luggage had long hair entangled in the wheels, that were picked up in the short distance to our room. The housekeeping staff was in the hallways all hours of the day, yelling from room to room. Kids were in the hallway yelling in the early am (which I had young children so I do understand that this happens) but then the parents were out on the hall yelling at them and carrying on. Upon check out I was asked how our stay was and I relayed my disappointment and disgust with the cleanliness of the room. While discussing this the lady (who was very professional and polite) had to excuse herself as some staff were yelling in another room and she had to ask them to stop. I was told that the housekeeping manager would call me to address the issues. Well it’s been 3 days now and no call. Obviously not a priority for them. Parking was also an issue. Not enough spots. I most definitely will never book this hotel again.

Awful

Shower was not working when we checked in and after notifying the front desk they didnt get it fixed until more than 24 hours later. We were told that there wasnt any other room available untill I threated a refund, then suddenly they had rooms. The fridge wasn’t working in the 3 rooms we went into and 2 rooms had broken lamps.

Mediocre

It was an okay stay. U can really hear the doors close at night. The decor was modern looking with laminate flooring and greyish wallpaper. The bathroom though needs some repair work . There was dirty mold like area in one of the outside corners of the shower. The baseboards were of the same laminate on the floor and it was peeling off. The transition piece from the bathroom to the foyer was also separating. The door showed peeled paint . The AC wasn't strong enough like usual in a hotel. Breakfast buffet was mediocre. The eggs were scrambled from a package and not good. Overcooked. Coffee decent. Waffle maker there.Juice, cereals, bread, yogurt , prepackaged oatmeal. Workers pleasant and refilling was prompt. Check out was seamless.
